Simple Exercises for Weight Loss
Losing weight has become an important issue for a number of people. You can know whether you are obese or over weight by calculating your body mass index. This is one of the scales that are used by the doctors to calculate whether you are obese or not. There are different levels of obesity and it is always better to know about the weight loss programs and the weight loss exercises at an earlier stage.
Jumping on a mini-trampoline - This is great because you can do 2 minute mini-workouts during tv commercials. These mini-workouts not only save you time, but the boost your metabolism up a lot better than just 1 longer workout. The great news is, a 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials... so there's your 22 minute cardio workout. Also, a mini-trampoline only costs $25.
Hindu Squats - This is the one I'm sure you never heard of. Well, it's a bodyweight squat. It's also fast. Just squat up and down fast. Simple enough, yeah? YEP! So do it for 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Simple doesn't mean easy. You'll love this exercise for it's incredibly fast results, but you'll hate it the 5 minutes you're doing it.
Standing long jumps - Ok, you kinda know this one, but you didn't realize it's good for weight loss. To make this a weight loss exercise, do these jumps really fast. Jump as far as you can. Turn around and jump back to where you started. Do this for 1 minute non-stop. Rest 45 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 sets. This helps tone the legs, besides helping with weight loss.
When you are having running weight loss exercise, you have to make sure that you will be combining it with jogging. You have to understand that it is not the same as jogging. You have to run for say about 20 seconds and then you will be jogging for one to two minutes. You have to continue this cycle when you are doing exercises. In most cases, you will need to complete 15 to 20 cycles. This means that you will need to have running weight loss exercise for about 30 to 40 minutes for each session.
Vacuum posing - This is all about sucking in your abdominal muscles and staying in that position to allow the isometric tension to help flatten your belly. Most people can only maintain the "sucked in" position for a few seconds. That's fine. Here's what you need to remember. Do this exercise for 5 minutes a day. AND... do it everyday. If you're pressed for time, do these during tv commercials. Slip them in there. That's it. Expect 2 inches or so to disappear from your waist in 3-4 weeks from this exercise.
